These staff members work year-round in a wide variety of areas including Food Service, Camp Programming, Registration, Human Resources, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Marketing, Development, Media, Outdoor Education, Accounting, Retail, Information Technology, and more. Conference Director - Timbers
Pine Cove is currently seeking an individual to fill the Timbers Conference Director position. This person will assist the Timbers Director in the general oversight of the Timbers summer camp programs and take a leadership role with the summer staff. Responsibilities include ensuring the safe, effective and efficient use of the Timbers Camp during the non-summer season in regards to the ministries of Pine Cove sponsored conferences and guest groups through apt leadership, vision and action, recruiting future summer staff, and assisting the Camp Director in all aspects of the ministry.

Conference Director - Towers
Pine Cove is currently seeking an individual to fill the Towers Conference Director position. This person will lead the conference season in the fall, winter, and spring and assist the Towers Director in the general oversight of the Towers summer camp programs and take a leadership role with the summer staff.
Individual should possess:
- Strong communication, organizational, and relational skills
- A minimum of 3 years camping experience
- A college degree
This person should be self-motivated, have a desire to do all things with excellence, and have the proven ability to effectively lead and manage people and complete projects. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the safe, effective and efficient use of the Towers Camp during the fall, winter and spring seasons in regards to the ministries of Pine Cove sponsored conferences and guest groups through apt leadership, vision and action. Forge Associate Director
The responsibility of the Associate Director is to assist the Forge Director in creating, implementing, and maintaining the different learning environments of the Forge program. The key areas of coordination include: scheduling, correspondence, hosting VIP’s, innovation, preparation, prayer, evaluation, and alumni relations. Additionally, the Associate Director has the responsibility of assisting the Forge Director in the teaching and mentoring of the female Forge students. Our desire is to have a humble godly woman who is passionate about leadership, discipleship and working at Pine Cove. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are also desired for this role as she will interact with a wide variety of college men and women, professional teachers and speakers, and all the departments within Pine Cove. We also desire for the Associate Director to have a big picture vision of what the future of the Forge can be. She should be willing to be held accountable, accept critique with a teachable heart, take ownership of issues, strive towards correcting them, and offer feedback to the Director as needed. We are looking for someone who can receive instructions and independently carry out them out with efficiency, anticipation, and excellence.
Specific requirements include:

- Graduate of a four year college or university
- 2 years of full-time vocational ministry experience (preferably in discipleship) is preferred

- Proven organizational ability and attention to detail

Groundskeeper
Pine Cove is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper at our Tyler camps to assist our maintenance team in providing beautiful, relaxing and well maintained grounds at our camps. Responsibilities include general landscaping, mowing, cutting trees and hauling brush. This position also ensures the proper and safe use of equipment to help accomplish projects as directed by the Head Groundskeeper. This position will be at least 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday.

Maintenance Carpenter
Pine Cove Christian Camp has an opening for a full time Maintenance Carpenter. General responsibilities include maintenance of existing buildings, equipment, and facilities. Individual must have a proven ability in construction and finished carpentry along with a basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, and electrical. Other responsibilities include water well operation and plumbing. Individual must have basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical.

Registrar
Pine Cove is seeking a ministry minded individual to work in our Registration department full time in our Tyler location. Responsibilities include answering the phones, registering campers, creating and maintaining files, receiving mail, and the input of registration information. The job has normal day time hours with some flexibility required during peak seasons.

Software Developer - "QA Lead"
Pine Cove is currently seeking a Software Developer the fill the primary role to be an active member of the agile software development team. This position would also specialize as Pine Cove’s QA Engineer. Responsibilities would include ensuring Pine Cove has a well-established process for dealing with software bugs while creating a great testing suite and procedures to eliminate as many bugs as possible.

Pine Cove is seeking a ministry minded, hard-working, team player to work in the kitchen as a part time cook in our Columbus location. Responsibilities include preparing and serving meals in a timely manner, food inventory, safety and sanitation, and training weekend staff. Hours will include weekend shifts.
