As a friend of Pine Cove, we want you to know that we have joined with the Dallas Seminary Foundation to provide individuals and families extensive estate-planning services free of charge. The Dallas Seminary Foundation has been assisting families since 1987, and would like to offer complimentary charitable planning to your family, including:

• Non-Cash Gifts: We can help you donate stock, mutual funds, real estate and other property.

• Charitable Gift Annuities: Did you know you could make a meaningful gift to Pine Cove while enjoying lifetime guaranteed income (some of it tax free) and receive an income tax deduction?

• Charitable Remainder Trusts: These trusts give you flexible income and flexible timing as you make a gift to benefit Pine Cove and other ministries. You can transfer assets to a trust that will pay fixed or variable income to one or more individuals for life, or a period of time. Gifts of appreciated assets can be sold tax-free avoiding capital gains tax and preserving the entire amount to produce income for you.
