| Pine Cove is climbing to high elevations with our
new camp called Heights! The Heights is a day camp specifically
designed for kids in 2nd through 6th grades from low-income, inner-city
areas. This summer we have partnered with the Boys & Girls Club
of East Texas and the Salvation Army to bring 75 kids to the Heights
each week for five weeks.
Our goal for the Heights is to impact these kids who are from urban
areas with the good news about Jesus. Statistics show that kids
from urban areas are 300% more likely to have a better quality of
life if they have a relationship with God. We want these kids to
come to camp so that their lives would be transformed by Christ
and they would never be the same!
