Pine Cove Scholarship Program
Pine Cove offers scholarship assistance to prospective campers with financial, spiritual and emotional need. This assistance is available to both individuals and families, for summer and non-summer events. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to attend camp.
Scholarships are made possible every year through the direct donations of individuals and organizations. Scholarship money is not raised from camper fees. Last year, Pine Cove gave out over 1,000 scholarships and received many more requests. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a scholarship for everyone who applies. Scholarship Application Process

Please make sure to include your deposit. Applications will not be considered without a deposit. Applying for scholarship assistance does not register your child or family for camp. There are limited spaces available for scholarship recipients and we cannot offer a preference of dates. If you desire a specific week of camp, you must register through our Registration Department at 1.877.474.6326.
Scholarship Applications for Summer Camp may be submitted beginning in September. Registered applicants will have their applications reviewed first, then non-registered applicants on a regular basis after that. Scholarship Applications for Conferences must be requested at least 60 days prior to the conference, unless we have confirmed with you otherwise.

Deposit Information
Each scholarship application must be accompanied by a deposit. Please enclose a check or money order made out to Pine Cove or credit card number for the deposit. The deposit amounts are as follows:
Towers, Outback, Ranch, Timbers, Shores Youth Camps $175
Summer Family Camp $375
Day Camp $50
Conferences $50 per adult/$125 per family
Applications will not be considered without a deposit.
Deposits will be held until a scholarship is awarded. Once you are notified and accept a scholarship, your deposit will be processed in order to register your child or family. If you are not awarded a scholarship, or are unable to accept it, your deposit will be returned to you.
