Father/Son Conference (Gr 7-12) |
|
Our heart's desire for the Father/Son conference is to provide an opportunity for young men to spend quality time with their dads in a Christ-centered environment. At the conference they worship together, play games together, and have plenty of free time to bond away from the busyness of life back home. Every part of the weekend is intentional with the hopes of giving fathers a chance to be an example to their sons, with words and actions, of what a godly man looks like. These weekends go much further than three days because as relationships are deepened here, the family back home will hopefully grow closer to each other and to the Lord.

Jim is the founding pastor of Grace Fellowship in Katy, Texas, a church whose vision is to be a house of prayer for all nations. One of Jim’s goals is to preach/teach expositionally through the entire Bible to one congregation in his lifetime. Jim and his wife, Lisa, have three children: Smith, Grace, and John David.

Cabin Accommodations: Our cabins are dorm style with 5 sets of bunks (10 total beds) in each. Our cabins are grouped into quad-plexes that have a total of 4 cabins. Each individual cabin has its own bathroom with 3 sinks, 2 toilets and 2 showers. |
