Junior high conferences are an incredible experience for both kids and leaders. Campers will get an opportunity to play games, ride horses, fly down the zip line, jump around at club, listen to amazing speakers, laugh at skits, and so much more! Leaders will have an opportunity to really hang out with their students. The Ranch staff takes care of all the details of the weekend including meals, skits, speakers, music, and activities. Our goal is for leaders and kids to have a fun, worry-free weekend so that they can build a deeper relationship with each other and with Christ.

Ryan McCarthy grew up in the Kansas City area and then moved to Fort Worth to attend TCU where he got his B.S. in Psychology. He then went to Dallas Seminary where he got his Masters in Christian Education. He has served with the Student Ministries at Christ Chapel Bible Church in Fort Worth, TX since 1997. Since 2002, he has been in charge of the College Ministry. Ryan has been happily married to Brandi since 2003. In May of 2009, they adopted their first son, Lincoln Thomas McCarthy.
