Thanksgiving Family |

As the temperature falls, the more we get excited about the Thanksgiving Family Conference! This conference is designed to give you quality time with your family in a relaxed, enjoyable environment. And no matter how old your kids are, we have an exciting program planned for them (including childcare for infants), so that Mom and Dad can enjoy time listening to our speaker. You can also look forward to lots of singing, skits, and special family activities. We look forward to seeing you for Thanksgiving! Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!

Kurt and Olivia Bruner are in the midst of what they call the minivan years, celebrating the hectic joys of parenthood. They are also the creative force behind a variety of practical resources for families including the Just Add Family kit and their recent book How To Mess-Up Y our Child’ s Life. Kurt and Olivia love to motivate and equip parents to become intentional about passing a strong spiritual heritage to their children.
Olivia is a former sixth grade teacher and mother of four children ages eight to eighteen. She is also on the faculty for the Heritage Builders Association and The Center for Strong Families. A frequent guest on Focus on the Family, Family Life and other radio programs, Olivia is author of several books including The Minivan Years: Celebrating the Hectic Joys of Motherhood.
Kurt is the pastor of Spiritual Formation at Lake Pointe Church near Dallas where he leads HomePointe - an integrated strategy for creating a culture of intentional families. A former Vice President with Focus on the Family, Kurt led the teams creating
films, magazines, books and the popular Adventures in Odyssey program. He now serves as Executive Director of Strong Families Innovation Alliance and on the adjunct faculty of Dallas Theological Seminary. Kurt has authored more than a dozen books including Your Heritage, Finding God in the Land of Narnia and the best selling Family Night Tool Chest series.
