Russell, along with his wife Terri and their 5 children, are starting a church in Kyle, Texas. Partnering with 21 other Hill Country Bible Churches in the greater Austin area, they seek to reach every man, woman and child with the life changing reality of Jesus.
Russell is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University and Dallas Theological Seminary.
