Sr High (Gr 9-12) |

Senior high kids are our passion, and not just during the summer. We desire to minister to high school students throughout the year, and this conference is a great opportunity just for that. Youth groups from all over Texas and beyond can bring as many kids as they can fit in a bus (or several buses for that matter!) for a fun-packed, worshipful weekend. We bring in a speaker who can relate to students through a powerful message, and we have energetic and intimate worship provided by the Pine Cove praise team. Our Sr. High Conferences also give youth pastors and volunteers a chance to spend quality time with their kids to build and develop relationships that go far beyond one weekend. The conference serves to draw people into God's presence as well as support the leaders of each youth ministry - not to mention it is a small taste of Pine Cove's awesome summer camp experience!

Mike Shelton is an assistant pastor of Family and Student ministries at Center Grove Baptist Church in North Carolina since the fall of 2011. Prior, to joining the staff at Center Grove he was the high school director at Watermark Community Church in Dallas, TX. Mike's passion is serving Christ fully as he loves and leads his family. Mike has been married for 10 years to Holly and they have three awesome daughters.

Cabin Accommodations: Our cabins are dorm style with 4 sets of bunks (8 total beds) in each. Our cabins are grouped into quad-plexes which have a total of 4 cabins. Each individual cabin has its own bathroom with 3 sinks, 2 toilets and 2 showers. |
