Single Parent Family (Age 6+)

This conference is designed to give you quality time with your family in a relaxed, fun environment. While you are here, we will take care of everything - cooking, planning, entertaining... all to ensure that your children have an incredible time and that you can just relax and enjoy your time with your family, pressure and stress free! We seek to be a place of genuine ministry to you and your specific needs while allowing your kids the opportunity to cut loose and enjoy being a kid at camp. Our speaker will be guiding you through God's word and helping you apply God's truth to the life of you and your kids. Some of the things that you can look forward to are: ropes course activities, horses, campfires, and much more.

Stanley J. Ward is the Director of Campus Life and Ministry at The Brook Hill School in Bullard, Texas. Since coming to Brook Hill in 2001, Stan has written curriculum, taught courses, and developed programs for students, parents and faculty. Stan is also the author of Worldview Conversations: How to Share Your Faith and Keep Your Friends, and he frequently writes articles for Crosswalk.com.

Stan and his wife, Mindy, have been married for 17 years, and they have been blessed with two school-age daughters. One of Stan's earliest family obstacles was the death of his sister followed by the divorce of his parents when he was six.
