Cynthia was born in Houston, Texas and received Christ as her personal Savior when she was 12 years old. She graduated from The University of Texas with a BA in English.
Her husband Jack, who by profession is a veterinarian, has been on staff with The Navigators since 1978. They have lived in Tucson, Arizona since 1977 and have 4 adult children and 9 grandchildren!
Cynthia is an author and frequent speaker for church women’s seminars nationally and internationally.
She has written the following books:
Becoming a Women of Excellence, Intimacy with God, Loving your Husband, Becoming a Woman of Freedom, Becoming a Woman of Purpose, Becoming a Woman of Prayer, and a Gold Medallion winning devotional book, Becoming a Woman Who Walks With God (Abiding in Christ), A Woman’s Journey to the Heart of God, Becoming a Woman of Grace, When the Father Holds You Close, Becoming a Woman of Faith, In the Secret Place of the Most High, Becoming a Woman Who Loves, Maybe God is Right After All, Uncommon Beauty, Becoming a Woman of Simplicity, and Becoming a Woman of Strength.
Cynthia loves to share the word of God, be with her husband and family, take bubble baths, have tea parties and eat out!

Cabin Accommodations: The Shores has 36 cabins and can accommodate up to 288 people. Each carpeted, climate-controlled cabin has 4 extra-long twin-sized bunks, and restroom facilities are located in each cabin. Linens and towels are not provided. Each of the Bluff's cabins has 1 queen size bed, 2 bunk beds, and a futon that folds out to a full mattress that accommodates up to 8 campers per cabin. All cabins are supplied with bedding, and towels so you are not required to bring your own. Bathrooms and showers are located in each cabin. Each cabin also has its own air conditioner and heater unit and mini fridge. |
