Other Giving Options
Gifts of Securities
If you would like to give a gift of securities (stocks, bonds, etc.) we ask that you proceed in the following way: Please have your brokerage firm initiate an electronic transaction with Pine Cove’s firm, Dain Rauscher. Please refer to DTC #0235. Pine Cove’s account number is 30719968. Once transferred, Dain Rauscher will sell the donated gift and send Pine Cove a check for the amount of your donation. Once this check is received, you will receive a confirmation of your donation listing the type of gift and its monetary value. This gift is tax-deductible.

Gifts of Real Estate
If you have land you are interested in donating, we are interested in hearing about it! For a gift of real estate, please follow the steps below:
- Please speak to a tax consultant regarding the tax ramifications of your donation. We want to ensure that this donation would be mutually beneficial before taking active steps in this process.
- Once confirmed with a consultant, please send Pine Cove a detailed description of the property you are donating. Please include location, size, and other imperative descriptors. This description can be emailed to development@pinecove.com or mailed to Pine Cove c/o Development; P.O. Box 9055; Tyler, Texas 75711
- Once received, Pine Cove will contact you to discuss the property and its potential use. When both parties have agreed, a simple transfer of title will transpire. Pine Cove will then provide you with a tax receipt for the third party appraised value of the property.

Pine Cove is always in need of various types of equipment that are in working condition.
Do you or your company have some of the following items that are no longer being used? Pine Cove can put them to good use (and allow you to lower your taxes)!
