Our Mission
What do we do?
We develop followers and prepare leaders for a lifetime of good works.
Our Vision
Why do we do it?
To see Christian men and women lead out of who they are - wherever they are.
Our Values
What shapes our approach?
Community: Independence and individuality have no celebrity in the Christian faith or in leadership. Genuine community, however, is exceptionally valuable. Community requires closeness and selflessness with one another and with other leaders, leading to an environment that is almost always personal, challenging, and real. Within community are innumerable opportunities to practice a life of serving, not being served. (Mark 10:45)
Theology: “A thoughtless theology guides our lives with just as much force as a thoughtful and informed one.” Theology must be informed by the Scriptures and centered on Jesus Christ. It is the foundation and motivation for living and leadership. An informed theology creates a competence and conviction about God and the Scriptures that not only transforms, but also reveals what the will of God is. (Rom 12:2)
Identity: Identity is wrongly found in the search for approval, security, and certainty within a job, relationship, or both. Understanding identity formation and reformation is vital to the core of any leader. As His workmanship, all of who we are must be understood in light of who God is first, and then in light of who He has created us to be. (Eph 2:10)
Activity: Theology and identity are best applied through experience, trial, and challenge. Activity helps to transition belief from theory into lifestyle, resulting in a walk that is worthy of the Lord, pleasing to Him, and bearing fruit in every good work. (Col 1:10)
