Matt "Dynolight" Lantz [Director]

Matt is the son of Larry and Karen and grandson of Maxine and Joseph. He is husband to Darcie and father to Heidi and Joseph. Matt is a follower of Jesus who worships with the body of believers at Bethel Bible Church in Tyler, Texas. He has earned an English degree from Texas Christian University and a Masters in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is the founding director of the Forge and has been overseeing the program since 2005.

Jennifer "Peeps" Crouse [Associate Director]

Jennifer grew up in Sugar Land, Texas and attended Texas A&M University. After receiving a degree in Communication, she moved to Columbus and served as the Guest Relations Coordinator for Crier Creek and Outback. Her heart is to see women in the Body of Christ develop purposeful, discipleship based relationships with older women so they may walk through life together. She loves drinking a good cup of coffee, meaningful conversation with friends, group fitness classes, or any combination of the above!

Kevin "Opee" East [Executive Director of Ministries]

As the Executive Director of Ministries, Kevin “Opee” East oversees all the camps, ministries and programs of Pine Cove. He has been working at Pine Cove full time for 10 years and has 15 years of experience working with children, youth and families. Kevin resides in Tyler, Texas with his wife Stephanie “Nice Catch” and their children, Walker, Miller, and Maddry. Along with spending time with his family, Kevin loves inspiring and training others toward godliness. He became a follower of Jesus Christ as a high school student at a camp and is thrilled to be a part of the journey of so many others at Pine Cove.
