Because You're Worthy
Much like Club Unplugged, Because You're Worthy is arranged like Club at camp with fun, fast songs first, followed by slower, more reflective songs. We recorded this album live at Christmas Reunion with 280 campers singing along. This CD includes the song, Whom Shall I Fear. This song resonated with campers one summer. For three straight weeks, campers from the Shores spontaneously started singing this song over and over, late into the night. It is a great story of how God used a simple song to transform the lives of campers for His glory.
Why the name?
When it came time to record our second CD, we didn't want to name it something cheesy, so we asked ourselves, “Why are we doing this?” The answer became the title. Because You're Worthy comes from Revelation 5:12 which says, “In a loud voice they sang: ‘Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!'”
