Important Registration Dates:
October 1st: A second payment of $400.00 is required on Oct 1st, 2012, unless you sign-up for a monthly payment plan. Registrations after September 30th will be required to pay this second payment (in addition to the deposit) at time of registration.
March 1st: All outstanding balances are due March 1st, 2013. Registrations after this date require full payment at time of registration.

2013 Sample Family Prices
Two Adults and Two Children, Ages 7 and 10: $3,144
Two Adults and Three Children, Ages 8, 11, and 15: $3,777
Cancellation Policy: Family campers who cancel by May 1st, 2013 at 6:00 PM will be refunded all but the $375 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit. If cancellations occur after May 1st, 2013, partial refunds will not be given unless we are able to fill the space from the waiting list. FAMILIES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SUBSTITUTE ANOTHER FAMILY FOR THEIR WEEK OF CAMP. Once your family has cancelled, you have given up all rights to that spot and the privilege of pre-registering for the following summer. No price adjustments will be made for campers who arrive late or depart early.
