limited supplemental camper medical coverage with a $2,500
maximum benefit level. |
Day Camp price is per camper per week and includes insurance
& camp photo. The Day Camp deposit is $50 and is
non-refundable /non-transferable. (Campers are not permitted
to substitute another camper for their week of camp.) |
Youth Camp price is per camper per week and includes insurance,
camp photo & video. Youth Camp deposit is $125 and
is non-refundable/non-transferable. (Campers are not permitted
to substitute another camper for their week of camp.) |

Cancellation Policy |

Day Camp |
|
$50 deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable. In case
of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned. No refunds
are given within 30 days of the camp start date. (If the camp
session is filled to capacity during the actual camp week, all but
the $50 deposit will be refunded.) CAMPERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
TO SUBSTITUTE ANOTHER CAMPER FOR THEIR WEEK OF CAMP. Once
your camper has cancelled, you have given up all rights to that
spot and the privilege of pre-registering for the following summer.
No price adjustments will be made for campers who arrive late or
depart early. |

Waiting List Policy |

September through May |
|
When a space is available for your camper, we will call and leave
a message and e-mail (if we have your e-mail address). You will
be given 2 business days to contact the registration department.
If we do not receive a response, your camper will be deleted from
our wait list. |

June through August |
|
Because this will be a last-minute registration, we will not
leave messages. It is very important for you to give us home, work
& cell numbers and an e-mail address. |

|
Waiting List limit is two camp sessions. Campers are not permitted
to substitute another camper for their spot on the Waiting List. |
