Important Registration Dates:
October 1st: A second payment of $200.00 ($400 for OverFlow, Amplify, Rooted, and Cultivate) is required on Oct 1st, unless you sign up for a monthly payment plan. Registrations after September 30th will be required to pay this second payment (in addition to the deposit) at time of registration.
March 1st: All outstanding balances are due. Registrations after this date require full payment at time of registration.
Cancellation Policy: Youth campers who cancel by May 1st, 2013 at 6:00 PM will be refunded all but the $175 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit ($350 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for 13-day programs). If cancellations occur after May 1st, 2013, partial refunds will not be given unless we are able to fill the space from the waiting list.
2013 Youth Camp Prices

Weeks 2-10 - $979
Weeks 1 & 11 - $769
Amplify Sessions A-D - $1958
Amplify Session E - $1748
Price includes camp video and $7 premium for limited supplemental camper medical coverage with a $2,500 maximum benefit level. Youth Camp deposit is $175 and is non-refundable/non-transferable. (Campers are not permitted to substitute another camper for their week of camp.)
