Timbers Winterfest '12 [Dec. 14th - 16th]

Where can you find a taste of summer in the middle of winter...that right, at the Timbers WinterFest! By this time of the year, you know you're missing great camp activities like Turkish Delight and Recon, club, and of course our awesome staff, so come on back to camp and have the most fun weekend of the school year! We'll be singing Christmas carols Pine Cove style and "laughing all the way, Ha Ha Ha!" Whether you're a long time camper or have never been here at all, this is the place to be! This year we will have another sweet concert featuring Tedashii and Andy Mineo, bringing back the Eurobungee, and having the most massive snowball fight east Texas has ever seen! So whether it's rain, hail, sleet, or hopefully snow, the Pine Cove Timbers WinterFest will be off the hook!!

  Drop-Off: 7pm Friday (Campers should eat dinner before arrival)
  Pick- up: 1pm Sunday
• Grades: 8th-9th

• Bus ride: [Cost: $65]
  Pine Cove will be providing round-trip chartered bus service from Richardson, Texas to Pine Cove in Tyler, Texas. This bus ticket is not applicable to campers attending Winterfest at Outback in Columbus, Texas. The bus loads on Friday, December 14 at 5:00 pm, at Westwood Junior High, 7630 Arapaho Rd (between Coit and Meandering Way). The bus returns on Sunday, December 16, between 3:30 and 4:00 pm.

• Cabin Accommodations
  Our cabins are dorm style with 5 sets of bunks (10 total beds) in each. Our cabins are grouped into quad-plexes which have a total of 4 cabins. Each individual cabin has its own bathroom with 2 sinks, 2 toilets and 2 showers.
• What to Bring:
  Sleeping Bag, Pillow, Shorts, Shirts, Pair of Jeans, Shoes & Socks, Set of Dark Clothes, Set of Clothes that can get messy, Jacket/Sweaters, Toiletries, Towel, Bible, Note Pad & Pen, and Flashlight

• What not to bring: Do not bring these items to camp. Bringing such items may result in dismissal from camp without refund.
