Important Registration Dates:
October 1st: A second payment of $200.00 ($400 for OverFlow, Amplify, and Rooted) is required on Oct 1st, unless you sign up for a monthly payment plan. Registrations after September 30th will be required to pay this second payment (in addition to the deposit) at time of registration.
March 1st: All outstanding balances are due. Registrations after this date require full payment at time of registration.
2012 Youth Camp Prices
Open Registration Prices:
Weeks 2-10 - $939
Weeks 1 & 11 - $729
Price includes camp video and $7 premium for limited supplemental camper medical coverage with a $2,500 maximum benefit level. Youth Camp deposit is $175 and is non-refundable/non-transferable. (Campers are not permitted to substitute another camper for their week of camp.)
Cancellation Policy: Youth campers who cancel by April 30th, 2012 at 6:00 PM will be refunded all but the $175 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit. If cancellations occur after April 30th, 2012, partial refunds will not be given unless we are able to fill the space from the waiting list.
