Are pets allowed?

No, Pine Cove is a pet-free environment.

How do I sign up for activities?

You will have the opportunity to sign up for most activities Sunday afternoon after you have checked into your room.

Will I need extra money?

Some extra money will come in handy for golf, laundry, Coffee Shop, Gift Store items, and photos. Also, there is a small charge ($1-$10) for Arts & Crafts projects.

What about medical help/facilities?

Pine Cove has a health center and health staff on site for your convenience. Mother Frances Hospital and East Texas Medical Center are located in nearby Tyler

Do you have towel changes?

Yes, towels will be changed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Are laundry facilities available?

Yes, washers and dryers are available for your convenience. However, we encourage you to pack enough clothing for each family member for the whole week. There is a small charge for laundry facility use.

Is fishing available?

Yes! It’s quite popular and we encourage you to bring your fishing gear.

Are there any stores nearby?

Yes. Wal-Mart, Brookshire’s Grocery Store, and Broadway Square Mall are only ten to fifteen minutes away.

Are visitors welcome?

Yes—Adults only at the TUESDAY Banquet. Visitors must register for the Adult Banquet: (Cost: $15.00 per adult; Deadline to Register: Friday before the TUESDAY banquet.)
