Day Camp price is per camper per week and includes insurance & camp photo.  The Day Camp deposit is $50 and is non-refundable /non-transferable. (Campers are not permitted to substitute another camper for their week of camp.)


Youth Camp price is per camper per week and includes insurance, camp photo & video.  Youth Camp deposit is $125 and is non-refundable/non-transferable. (Campers are not permitted to substitute another camper for their week of camp.)

Next summer Pine Cove will be offering all of our summer youth camps for one price for the first time ever!  This will allow you to switch between camps (Towers, Outback, and Ranch) with greater ease, and will also help you when calculating your cost for camp.  Our desire is to simply provide an easier pricing system to our campers.
 
In addition to the flat rate for all of our campers, we are also offering value pricing for our first and last weeks of camp.  These weeks of camp will still be full of the same awesome programs, counselors, and activities, but will be available at a lower cost for those whose schedules allow them to attend.  This price will also take the place of any previous promotions we might have offered in years past.  (Basically, instead of offering a special rate in May, we’re doing it now. Enjoy!)

Hey, due dates sneak up on all of us. We understand that paying for camp all at once can be hard. That is why we strongly encourage everyone to take advantage of our monthly payment plans. Its quick, its easy, and you’re not stuck with a big payment at the end!

3 Payment Option
For those who do not wish to take advantage of the above payment plans, you can pay an initial deposit of $125/camper plus a mandatory second payment of $150/camper due on Oct 1st. The remaining balance will be due on March 1st.

Cancellation Policy

Day Camp

$50 deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable.  In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.  No refunds are given within 30 days of the camp start date.  (If the camp session is filled to capacity during the actual camp week, all but the $50 deposit will be refunded.)  CAMPERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SUBSTITUTE ANOTHER CAMPER FOR THEIR WEEK OF CAMP.  Once your camper has cancelled, you have given up all rights to that spot and the privilege of pre-registering for the following summer. No price adjustments will be made for campers who arrive late or depart early.

Waiting List Policy

September through May

When a space is available for your camper, we will call and leave a message and e-mail (if we have your e-mail address). You will be given 2 business days to contact the registration department. If we do not receive a response, your camper will be deleted from our wait list.

June through August

Because this will be a last-minute registration, we will not leave messages. It is very important for you to give us home, work & cell numbers and an e-mail address.

 

Waiting List limit is two camp sessions. Campers are not permitted to substitute another camper for their spot on the Waiting List.
