About Dr. Chris White

With the unique combination of a Ph.D. in statistics and a statistically above average dose of personality and humor, Dr. Chris White has the uncanny ability to make the complex simple and to teach and explain with contagious enthusiasm. This helped propel The Flip Side, a book he co-authored, to the New York Times Best Seller list. He also played a lead role in building the Flippen Profile, a preeminent psychometric instrument and has invented several other tools utilized by thousands of clients worldwide. In his 18 years at The Flippen Group, Chris has worked with some of the most influential people, corporations, and churches across the globe, including elite teams and athletes in every major sport (such as the Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees), pastors (from churches such as Hillsong, Lakewood, and Gateway), Fortune 500 executives, military generals, and top educators. Chris is also an ordained minister, and he has keynoted, trained and consulted on several continents. When not working, Chris enjoys time with his family, playing sports, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and church activities. He resides in Texas with his wife Jennifer, daughters Harper and Berkley, sons Hudson and Braxton, and Rhodesian Ridgeback Scout. All of his kids have spent multiple weeks at Pine Cove, each time being the highlight of their summer.
