Conor “Flow” Barry
Men's Director

Conor became a member of the Towers full-time team after spending two summers at the Woods Family Camp. It was those summers at the Woods that made him realize his love for seeing campers' and staffers' lives transformed by God's radical, redemptive grace. Conor graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 with a degree in English Literature and is currently pursuing a Masters of Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. Pine Cove has been one of the most sanctifying things in Conor's life, and he is excited to be a part of a such an incredible ministry that God is using for His purposes and His glory!

Maddie “Brownie Bites” Ritchie

Maddie Ritchie is excited to be on full-time staff as the Women's Director at the Towers. Previously, Maddie spent four summers working at the Woods family camp where she realized her passion for seeing the Gospel transform the lives of campers and staff. Maddie grew up in Wichita, Kansas and graduated from Texas Christian University in 2013 with a major in Communication Studies and a minor in Psychology of Leadership Skills. She graduated from the Pine Cove Forge Program in 2014 and later from the Pine Cove Residency in 2015. Pine Cove has had a huge impact on Maddie’s life, and she is excited to continue to see God use this ministry for His Glory.

Towers Summer Staff

Around here we have a saying that "Our staff is our program." By this we mean that we place a high standard on whom we hire for our summer staff positions. The activities at camp are fun, the skits will make you laugh, and the music is loud, but it is the staff that will encourage, invest in, and model Jesus for your child. We interview thousands of college students to hire just a few hundred. Our screening process is intense and long, but worth it! We are committed to making sure your child is cared for physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
