Scott “Hoosier Daddy” Baller[Director of Development]

Scott leads the Development Team here at Pine Cove bringing with him 17 years of business entrepreneurship after building a successful software business in Dallas, TX. Scott has served as part of the development team for over 2 years. He grew up in Colorado, but considers himself a Texan since graduating from Baylor University where he also worked 2 summers at youth camps for Young Life. In 1991, he took a year off to live in Russia with Campus Crusade for Christ. As his camp name indicates, it’s no surprise that Scott is a sports and hunting enthusiast, but his real joy comes from his family. Scott is married to his beautiful wife, Carrie and is “daddy” to four boys, Cameron 11, Braeden 9, Reeves 6 and Avery 5.

Amanda “Backspin” Fishback[Assoc. Director of Development]

Amanda is our travel bug, having visited 11 different countries. She is a native Texan but lived in Virginia for 7 years. An alumni of Howard Payne and Regent Universities, it’s no surprise that she spent 8 years in higher education prior to working at Pine Cove. Amanda is married to Jerrod and has 3 young children. A practical joker, Amanda fits right in here in East Texas as she once delivered a several hundred pound hog to a friend’s doorstep for their birthday.

Jacey “Slamazon” Redfearn[Development Administrator]

Jacey is known around the development office as the "go to" person. When someone here on the Development team doesn't know how to do or find something, we always "go to" Jacey. A long-time Texan hailing from Hurst, she graduated from Howard Payne University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Her previous positions ranged from serving as a recruiter at OBU to production manager at PlayNames. Jacey always serves in roles where she thrives in taking care of the details, setting those she works with free to do what they enjoy. When Jacey is not engaged in detail work, you may catch her conversing with campers and Pine Cove visitors intently listening to their stories, giving praise right along with them and praying for their needs.

Susan Andreone[Development Communications Specialist]

Susan is a born and bred Texan and Baylor University alumni whose long-time dream job has been to work and serve at a Christian camp. Prior to joining Pine Cove, Susan was a new business development and marketing executive for corporate America writing proposals and implementing strategic marketing plans for 15 years. Susan may appear to be "all business" but don't let that fool you. Her first job was delivering singing telegrams and during her time off, you may catch her playing "Just Dance" on the Wii with her 2 teenage daughters. Susan is married to David and they reside in Tyler, TX.
