We think compensation comes in more ways than a paycheck. (But don't worry – everyone gets a paycheck!)

Pine Cove believes in a salary beyond just monetary compensation. On top of a yearly salary, which is market researched to be fair and competitive, we have many intrinsic benefits that are not included in paychecks. Pine Cove is a non-profit organization, but we take significant meausures to ensure that our staff are well cared for.
