The Forge is the leadership development ministry of Pine Cove serving men and women between the ages of 21-27 who have completed their undergraduate degree. Over the course of a year, the Forge develops leaders who embody a faith worth following in ministry roles and the marketplace.

Students commit to one full year of development from August to August. 

Students get paid as temporary full-time employees. 

The Forge is a temporary full-time job from August to August. 

You’ll live on property at one of our beautiful lakeside camps.
