Monday: Spring Home the Bacon! Breakfast for dinner? How about some ALL CAMP game for dessert?! No need to limit it to just morning foods. Dress up as your favorite meal or snack, and let’s see which cabins are ready to attack! Whether you're grabbing a Tony the Tiger T-shirt or dressing in a full-body cupcake costume, you can bet we'll have a bowl!

Tuesday: Holi-dance off! (Holidays) Christmas and Halloween, 4th of July—we all LOVE dancing, and we cannot lie! Who doesn’t like a good holiday, and who doesn’t love a good dance? Come dressed as your favorite holiday and let’s dance like there’s ants in our pants!

Wednesday: Lou Lou Luau Wednesday nights out on Lake Lou Lou are majestic fun! We have an island-themed party with boating, swimming, nomming on a special surprise dinner, and lots of luau-inspired games. We will also enjoy a sunset and outdoor worship. Come dressed in your Hawaiian gear, and be ready for the chillest of hangs!

Thursday: Fortress Do you have what it takes to be a hero for your platoon? What does that even mean? Find out on Thursday nights as we play the game of all games: FORTRESS! As we march, crawl, and ultimately sneak through Fortress Forest, we answer the debate: do campers always lose? Do campers always WIN? We think you know the answer. Come decked out in camo gear, black athletic wear, or even full ghillie suits as you try to be the first campers ever to defeat the Fire Force in Fortress Forest.

Friday: Springs Got Talent We were all created with so many different gifts and talents. Some campers will get to display talents that they genuinely possess, while some of our staff will display talents that they didn’t even know they had! The evening starts with a nice dinner just before the show, so come dressed to impress!

  • Phones, Tablets, or Other Electronics
Camp is the perfect opportunity for everyone—counselors and campers alike—to get a break from screens! But don't worry—you'll be able to use the CampLife App to communicate!

  • Tobacco
  • E-cigarettes / Vape Pens

Monday: GOATS One of our favorite parts about the Ridge are the goats that live on our wake park island! Come dressed as one of them, or dress as whoever YOU think the Greatest Of All Time (G.O.A.T.) is! We know the classic MJ-LeBron debate will be happening, but maybe sports isn't your thing! Singers, best friends, grandmas, teachers, and whoever else you see as the greatest work too!

Tuesday: Isolation Island There's a mission to accomplish this night, so pull up in your best camouflage for this staple! You'll want to be hidden well, so go all out. We love everything from ghillie suits to hunting clothes to camo sports jerseys! This is the one time that we hope we won't "see" you there!

Wednesday: Geezer Get-down SOUND THE ALARM—IT'S PROM SEASON! Calling all seniors... and we aren't talking about high school! Get ready for a classic camp dance party where the fun never gets OLD! Come dressed like your grandma or grandpa. Walkers, canes, fake teeth: we want to see them!

Thursday: Yacht Club Oh, you thought you had to go to the ocean to surf and chill by the water? WRONG! Welcome to a Ridge classic, where wakeboarding, surfing, and just straight vibing will be plentiful! Wear your favorite Hawaiian or beach clothes and get ready to enjoy dinner and some of the most fun water activities this side of the Rocky Mountains!

Friday: Nice Night When you think about camp, you probably only imagine running, jumping, sweating, and being outside! We love and enjoy all of those things, but sometimes, the occasion calls for something a little fancier. Put on your Sunday best, and get excited for a five-star meal! After all, we want to celebrate an awesome week at camp!

Packing

Packing meds can bring up a lot of questions, and there are some important state and local regulations we need to follow. We put all the info together into a handy-dandy guide to tell you everything you need to know, including prescription guidelines, leaving OTC meds at home, when meds are given out, and more.

Read the Guide

Medication

How to Pack Meds

Questions? Find even more answers in our in-depth guide to medication.

All Meds to Nurse

State law mandates that all medication (prescription and OTC) is kept in the health center, so please do not pack meds in suitcases or trunks.

Original Containers

All prescription medications must be in their original containers with current dosage instructions. Pill bottles should only include the amount needed for the session—leave the rest at home! Creams, inhalers, or other boxed items must have a label on them.

Up-to-Date

All medication must be prescribed to the camper. Check the expiration date – all meds must be current!

Leave OTC meds & vitamins home

Save the space! We stock plenty of over-the-counter meds for occasional as needed use. If your camper takes a daily allergy med, please check it in at drop-off.
