How much money would you recommend for me to put in my camper's camp store?

On average, campers tend to have $40 – $70 in their camp store account at the start of the week. The amount added is completely up to the parent or guardian, and there is no required amount. You are able to monitor the amount spent each day through your CampLife App and can add more if you’d like. Read more about the camp store here.  

Will camp store money be refunded if they don't spend all of it?

Leftover funds of $5 or more will be automatically refunded the Wednesday after your camper’s week unless you chose to donate your funds to our scholarship program.

When do camper packs get delivered?

East Texas campers:

  • Towers: Camo Pack – Monday, Fun Pack – Wednesday
  • Ranch: Camo Pack – Tuesday, Freestyle & Happy Camper Packs – Wednesday
  • Timbers: Camo Pack – Tuesday, Freestyle & Happy Camper Packs – Wednesday
  • Shores: Camo Pack – Tuesday, Freestyle & Happy Camper Packs – Wednesday

Central Texas Campers:

  • Silverado: Fun Pack – Tuesday, Camo Pack – Thursday
  • Outback: Freestyle & Happy Camper Packs – Tuesday, Camo Pack – Thursday
  • Ridge: Camo Pack & Freestyle & Happy Camper Packs – Tuesday

Southeast Campers:

  • Springs: Fun & Freestyle & Happy Camper Packs – Tuesday, Camo Pack – Thursday

My camper is missing an item from their camper pack. How do I get it replaced?

We would love to replace the item! Please reach out to retailsupport@pinecove.com and include your camper’s name, week of camp, camper pack name, the item(s) missing, and the best mailing address to send the replacement items to. You will receive tracking information along the way as your package heads to you!

Can I switch what I have ordered?

In your camper portal you are able to view your order and make changes if necessary. Please make sure you verify the correct week and camper you are purchasing it for!

My camper switched weeks, does this move over?

Yes it does move over! When your camper switches to a different week, your order also switches to the new week.

Camper packs are sold out! Are you getting more?

Our camper packs are first come, first serve, and we cannot get a re-order before the end of camp. Get them while you can and if they are already sold out keep an eye out for next year’s packs!

My camper didn’t get to go to camp—can I get a refund?

When our registration team walks through the cancellation process, they are also able to refund your camper packs at the same time!

What are bunk boxes? How are they different from camper packs?

Bunk boxes are a seriously fun way to gift your camper some Pine Cove swag during their week at camp. At your region’s bunk box website, you can add the items to your cart, then checkout by providing camper information so we know who the box is going to. You can even add a personalized note for your camper to read when they receive the box!

When does my camper get their bunk box?

This summer, you will have the option to choose between two delivery days – Monday and Wednesday!

Contrary to the name, bunk boxes will actually be delivered to the camper during lunchtime or to their cabin directly. This helps us make sure that each camper receives their box in a timely fashion!

How do I know what I ordered?

When you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the items ordered and information of who you ordered it for, camp attending, delivery day, write a note, and more.

When is the deadline to order a bunk box?

The deadline for Monday delivery is Saturday at midnight. The deadline for Wednesday delivery is Sunday at midnight.

Can I edit my order?

If you need to make edits to your order, please reach out to retailsupport@pinecove.com and we can help make that happen! This may cause delays in our delivery process, but we will make sure your camper receives their bunk box during their time at camp.

Note: if your camper switches weeks, the information does not switch over. Email us to make this change!

My camper didn’t receive their box - what do I do?

Mistakes happen! If your camper did not receive their bunk box by the time camp ends, please let us know. Email us at retailsupport@pinecove.com with your order number and the best mailing address so we can ship it to you directly!
