Camper and staff health and safety is one of our top priorities. All campers must be symptom-free for 72 hours before arriving at camp. If your camper has thrown up, had a fever, felt nauseous, or has had diarrhea in the three days before camp, they will need to postpone camp to another time. Please call us at (877) 474‑6326 if you observe any of these symptoms.
It’s time to fill out your Camper Profile and Medical information. It won’t take long, and it will help us know how best to serve your camper! This information needs to be filled out in order to drop anyone off at camp, so don’t wait! These are due by June 2, 2025.
You don't need much, but there are a few items that you'll want to have on hand. Please pack a lunch each day! We’ll provide a daily snack, but if your camper has an allergy, please pack a snack as well as their lunch.
If your child needs medication during the camp day, please administer before drop-off or after pick-up. More details on our health page.
Tuesday: Orange You Glad I Didn't Say BANANA!?
Knock, Knock… Who’s there? Lettuce… Lettuce who? Lettuce present to you a new theme day that will have you in tears—the good kind! This day is inspired by one of the most classic jokes of all time and the rules are simple: come wearing orange, or come dressed as a banana. BUT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT FORGET to come with your best joke to camp to share with all of your friends. We are so excited to laugh and enjoy this day with all of you!
Thursday: Super Duper Space Hooper!
It’s a Bird! It’s a plane! It’s… Steph Curry? That’s right campers, welcome to one of the zaniest combination theme days anyone could have expected. Have you been looking for a good reason to get your superhero costumes back out? Wear them to camp today! Do you love all things space and want to wear your astronaut costume? DO IT! Are you now in possession of a vintage Dallas Mavericks Luka Doncic jersey? WEAR IT TO CAMP! We are so excited to see what you choose!

In 2025, Pine Cove City campers will be diving into the theme of identity. The world is constantly telling us who we should become. We believe that knowing who we are starts with knowing who God is and what He says about us! We’ll be looking at Ephesians 2 and diving into different places in the Bible that show us that we are made for a purpose, created in His Image and called to reflect Him to the world around us.
Noah “Beef” White joined Pine Cove’s full-time staff as the Team D Site Director in 2023. He served on summer staff at the Pine Cove Ranch before graduating from Louisiana Tech University. Noah married his wife, Sadie, in the fall of 2023.
CampLife is your window into a week of Pine Cove! Keep up with camp through updates and daily photo galleries, and access your household pick-up code whenever you need it.
It depends on if you are the owner of that friend group request. Only the owner of the friend group is able to invite a new camper and send the email invite.
A medical professional will be onsite each day at the church location, but will not be administering medication to campers. The parent/guardian will need to make arrangements to come up to the church to administer the camper medications if necessary. If they are unable to do so, they will need to contact the church to make alternative arrangements as Pine Cove staff will not be able to administer meds.
Lunch is not provided at Pine Cove City, so you will need to pack a lunch for your camper each day! (A small number of locations will be providing lunch to campers. Check your church-specific page on our website to see if your location will be offering lunch.)
Camp Codes only apply for Pine Cove City campers. Camp Codes are used on Pine Cove’s website to redeem scholarships that have been awarded by church or organization partners.
To learn how to apply for a Pine Cove City Camp Code and get more information, please contact the sponsoring church or organization for your City session. It’s confusing, we know, but Camp Codes are not used for Pine Cove’s own scholarship program which offers scholarship assistance for Youth Camp and Family Camp.
Please visit our Scholarships page to learn how to apply for a Pine Cove scholarship.
Each day at Pine Cove City begins with camper drop-off followed by Club and Bible study, activities, lunch, and then more activities!
A week of overnight camp is even more time with a Christ-centered counselor and seriously fun activities (that you can't do at a church, like ropes!). Say it with us, "More Jesus! More Camp!"
Use the code CITY2YC250 to get $250 off your first overnight experience this summer or next!
