Pine Cove offers a wide variety of summer jobs at our overnight camps, day camps, and family camps. Are you looking to make a personal impact on campers? Counseling might be for you. More interested in a behind-the-scenes role? You could be a health assistant or a media content creator! From boat drivers to musicians, we’re looking to fill a ton of different jobs at camp this summer.
Functioning as the heartbeat of camp, counselors directly minister to campers in light of the influence they gain through cabin life, teaching activities, and sharing camp experiences. In addition to creating an environment of serious fun, counselors most importantly will share the life-changing hope of Jesus Christ each week with their campers.
These aren’t your everyday camp activities! From one wheels and drift trikes to the majestic game of paintball, these adventurous activities offer something for every extreme guy or gal. Exact activities vary from camp to camp, but staffers in this position will always serve in another camp role in addition to running extreme activities.
Videographers show what God is doing at camp by sharing the camp experience through video. Campers watch their videos over and over again for years afterward. Videographers shoot footage, edit on our high-quality systems, and upload their content directly to the Pine Cove CampLife App. Pine Cove employs both highlight videographers who focus on just one camp and a few promotional video interns who work across all the camps. Both can count for internship credit, but click here for more information about promotional video internships.
Worship teams consist of percussion, bass, guitar (acoustic and electric), keyboard, and vocalists. Every night this team leads “Club,” a high-energy worship session full of jumping, dancing, and praising the Lord! In addition to making music, worship team members fulfill other roles at camp as assigned by camp directors.
Each summer we hire dedicated interns to serve in several specialized roles at Pine Cove. Interested in spending your summer learning the ropes in areas like videography or digital communications?
