These incredible programs give campers a unique and exclusive experience of extra time with their favorite activities and counselors, all of the seriously fun theme nights, and additional special events designed specifically for our two-week campers. Caleb "Sink or Swim" Howard is a University of Tennessee, Knoxville graduate and served on summer staff for five years at the Woods. He accepted his position as the Timbers Men's Director in 2020 and became the Camp Director in 2024.
Claire "Kettle" Wickersham is excited to serve full time at Pine Cove as the Women's Director of the Timbers! Claire started her summer staff days on the road with Pine Cove City before joining the Timbers team for the next three summers. Hailing from the DFW area, Claire graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Public Relations.
Gracie “Hokalate Hip” Read was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She worked four summers at the Ranch before joining the full-time team at the Timbers as the Administrative Director. Gracie went to Grand Canyon University where she graduated with a degree in Christian Studies.
