Kyle graduated from Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas with a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies and Recreational Leadership. Originally from Fayetteville, Arkansas, Kyle worked three summers on summer staff at the Shores as a counselor and senior counselor before joining the full-time staff at Pine Cove 2012-2017. Kyle and his wife, Erica, had their first baby, Evelyn Lee, in September of 2015. He loves watching movies, cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, and spending time with his family.
