Cowboy Muffin Recipe

Autumn is here, temperatures are dropping, and school is in full-swing. With all the business of this season, there’s nothing better than fresh muffins on the breakfast table! Check out this Cowboy Blueberry Muffin recipe that will have the whole family jumping for joy!

Cowboy Breakfast Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Buttermilk 
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup Blueberries (dusted with flour)

Instructions:

Combine dry ingredients. Add egg, oil, and buttermilk, mixing well. Last, mix in blueberries. Pour into well-greased muffin tins. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm. Enjoy!
