Summer Preview Day Recap 2026

We were thrilled to welcome families to Summer Preview Day and come alongside them as they considered sending their child to camp and explored what Pine Cove is all about! Held at the Towers, Silverado, and the Springs, Summer Preview Day gave families the opportunity to experience camp firsthand. From meeting counselors and touring camp to jumping into activities, families got a firsthand look at the energy, intentionality, and serious FUN that campers experience every week of the summer here at Pine Cove! 

Throughout the day, kids had the chance to try out activities like the giant jumping pillow, play dodgeball with counselors, watch the skit, pet puppies, and stop by the camp store for a little Pine Cove gear. Meanwhile, parents connected with staff, asked questions, and experienced the welcoming culture that makes Pine Cove unique. It was a fun glimpse into the friendships, adventure, and Christ-centered environment that await campers during a week at camp.

And of course, no visit to Pine Cove would be complete without meeting the camp puppies! They quickly became a favorite stop for families, earning plenty of pets, cuddles, and photo ops. Between the activities, energetic counselors, and four-legged friends, Summer Preview Day gave families a taste of what makes Pine Cove a place kids and families can’t wait to come back to.
