Important Camper Forms

Here at Pine Cove, there are two things that are very important during the registration process. For starters, we want to make preparing for camp a smooth process, and second, we want to be as prepared as possible for your specific camper.

To accomplish these priorities, we require that you complete three mandatory forms through your online account:

  • The Covenant Release Form

The covenant release form gives your camper permission to be on Pine Cove property and to participate in camp activities. (This is the one at the top when you log in to your account, behind that yellow banner!)

  • The Health Form

The health from is valuable in case of any sickness or injury while your camper is at Pine Cove. We never anticipate these situations, but we do want to be prepared.  When completing your health form some good things to have on hand include shot records, and your child’s health history.

  • The Camper Profile

The camper profile includes any information we should know about your camper emotionally, spiritually, and physically. It allows our staffers to know how to best serve and interact with your camper and helps us immensely in being intentional with them.

The required forms are available in your online account starting one month before your camper’s session, and they need to be completed by the deadline of one week before the session begins. We’ll be sending you some email reminders!

If you have any other questions about required forms, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at (877) 474-6326. We are so excited to have your camper with us this summer!
