Family Camp Open Registration 2023

We love family camp at Pine Cove! Open registration for summer 2023 is Thursday, August 25, 2022. You need to call us at 877-474-6326 starting at 8:30 am CT / 9:30am ET to get registered or on a waitlist. Here are a few important things to know about open registration:

1. Summer 2023 Spots Are Full

Family camp is SUPER popular and most families pre-register to come back. It isn’t always the case, but for summer 2023 all our spots are full, so when you call in to register you’ll be calling in to be added to a waitlist. It’s still worth doing that, though! Spots do open up throughout the year and the sooner you get on a waitlist the closer you are to actually getting a spot.

2. You’ll Wait On Hold

There are a LOT of people calling us the morning of family camp open registration, so the odds are good you will be on hold, and it may take awhile! We ask for your patience while our registration team works through all the calls. We use our phone line as our waitlist, so it doesn’t help to also email us, fill out our contact us form, message us on social media, or try to communicate in other ways.

3. Create an account ahead of time

You may already have an account created if you’ve sent a camper to Pine Cove City or overnight youth camp. But it will make your call time faster (and everyone else’s too) if you create or go into your account and add all of your family members.

4. Know Your Camp Options

By having your first choice (and second choice) camp and week already picked out, you’ll save time.

5. Deposit Details

The non-refundable deposit for family camp is $400. If you are added to a waiting list, you do not need to pay anything until you are actually offered a spot. At that point, you will need to pay the non-refundable deposit and you’ll be able to get on a payment plan for the balance. You can see more of our registration policies here.
