Important 2021 Registration Dates

An article about dates might not be high on your list of things to read. But just hold on! Because for one thing, these dates have to do with CAMP. For another thing, we found a way to talk about peach pie. Plus it all ends with a funny video, so what are you waiting for? Check out some important upcoming Pine Cove registration dates including when you can switch camp sessions, sign up for Winterfest, and more!

Pre-Registration Ends: August 11

You likely were automatically pre-registered for next summer if you came to camp in 2021, but just in case you weren’t, August 11th will be the last day to save your 2022 spot! 

Start Switching Sessions: August 18

Problem: you’re currently signed up for a different week than the one you want. Solution: switch it up beginning August 18th! Jump into your online account and as long as there’s space still available in the week you’re switching to, you’re golden.

Family campers can switch by calling us starting August 17th.

Overnight Youth Camp Registration Opens: August 20

We ran out of time to hire a skywriter, but this is what we were going to ask the pilot to spell out in the sky: YOUTH CAMP REGISTRATION OPENS AUGUST 20TH! So get those clicking and typing fingers ready—you can sign up online beginning Friday, August 20th. Spots will fill up fast, so don’t wait too long! 

Begin Submitting Cabin Friend Requests: August 20

Want to come to camp with a friend? Score. We love it. Insert the handshake from “The Parent Trap” here. Just head to your online account to send or accept friend requests! Need help figuring that out? Check out a little how-to video here.

Winterfest Registration Opens: August 20

We recommend reading this paragraph with Christmas music playing in the background, but that’s completely up to you. The important thing is to know that Winterfest is coming the weekend of December 17th-19th! It’s all the serious fun of a week of overnight youth camp crammed into one amazing winter weekend, and you can start signing up beginning August 20th. Remember: there’s no place like camp for the holidays…

National Peach Pie Day: August 24

We’re here for any holiday that celebrates a delicious dessert. But now that we officially have a new camp in Georgia, we’re especially looking forward to National Peach Pie Day! Join us in celebrating the upcoming opening of the Pine Cove Springs in “the Peach State” with a slice of peach pie on National Peach Pie Day! (Also: is that the most times the word “peach” has been used in a sentence ever? Get back to us if you find an answer.) 

Family Camp Registration Opens: August 26

Load up the car and cover the windows in shoe polish—we’re going to family camp! But heads up: family camp fills up fast. In fact, many spots are already taken by current family campers before registration opens on August 26th. So be prepared not only for the prospect of finding yourself on a waiting list, but also for a busy phone day for our registration team! (And good news: many families each summer DO make it off the waiting list, so hang in there!)

Here’s how you can make the process a little quicker and easier on the day: go ahead and create an account in our online registration system and add all attendees before the 26th. Phone lines will open at 8:30am. We look forward to speaking with you, and appreciate your patience!

Pine Cove City Registration Opens: February 2022
