Important 2025 Registration Dates

The sun may have set on Summer 2025… but we can already see Summer 2026 on the horizon! Make sure you’re ready for it by checking out a short stack of important dates below—including when you should plan on celebrating a certain delicious dessert… Grab a fork, get ready to scroll, and let’s dig in!

Pre-Registration Ends: August 12

Thanks to automatic pre-registration, your spot is probably already saved for next summer! (Whew—one more thing off the list!) But if you decided to hold off on saving your spot for Summer 2026, just be sure to do that by August 12th.

Start Switching Sessions: August 13

Problem: you’re currently signed up for a week of camp that no longer works with your schedule. Solution: switch it up beginning August 13th! Just log into your online account and as long as there’s space still available in the week you’re switching to, you’re golden.

Family campers can switch by calling us starting at 8:00am (CST) on August 12th.

Overnight Youth Camp Registration Opens: August 15

Here’s the big one! It’s got us wanting to start stretching, cutting up watermelon, and queuing up the perfect opening day playlist: YOUTH CAMP REGISTRATION OPENS AUGUST 15TH! If you’re not already pre-registered for Summer 2026—or you have friends who aren’t—now is the time. Not only does signing up ASAP mean you’ll have a better chance of snagging a spot in a cabin rather than on a waiting list, but it also spreads out your monthly payments over a longer amount of time, meaning your payments get broken up into the smallest chunks possible. Now THAT’S a win!

Begin Submitting Friend Requests: August 15

Whether campers come to camp flying solo or with a buddy or two in tow, they’re definitely in for tons of serious fun! If you’d like to make sure you’re in the same cabin as a friend, you can submit that request in your online account starting on August 15th. 

Also, if friendship bracelets are involved in any of this—we love it. And we want one too!

Family Camp Registration: Rolling Waitlist

Did you know you can call in anytime and get on a waiting list for family camp? It’s true! The waiting lists for our four family camps are always moving—changing, growing, shrinking, you name it! So give us a call at 877-474-6326 anytime between 8:00am and 5:30pm CST from Monday through Friday and we’d be happy to add you to the list. 

National Chocolate Pecan Pie Day: August 20

You might think something as delicious as National Chocolate Pecan Pie Day is too good to be true, but we’re here to reassure you that it DOES exist—and it’s coming up on August 20th! And you might be thinking to yourself, “Self, WHERE can I possibly find a recipe for Chocolate Pecan Pie Day that I know will be good?” Well, we’ve got you covered! We’ve got a recipe for an Ancho Chile Chocolate Pecan Pie that is incredible (we love it!) and must be tasted to be believed. Ready, set—BAKE!

Pine Cove City Registration Opens: January 2026
