Registration Dates for Summer 2027

It’s hard to believe we’re already jumping from Summer 2026 and into thinking about and planning for Summer 2027! (Wait, from six to seven? Yep, we’re gonna say it: 6 7!) There are a handful of important registration dates on the horizon that would be helpful for you to know, plus one pawsome national holiday you know we’ll be celebrating! Grab your calendar (and maybe a few dog treats) and let’s go!

Pre-Registration Ends: August 11

If your camper attended Pine Cove during this summer, our super easy automatic pre-registration means your spot is probably already saved for Summer 2027—score! But if you opted out so you could manually pre-register instead, you have until August 11th to snag that spot!

Start Switching Sessions: August 12

Are you currently registered for a week of camp that’s just not going to work with your schedule next summer? No problem! You’ll be able to switch to a different week starting August 12th. Just log into your online account and as long as there’s enough space in the new session, you’ll be good to go!

Family campers can switch by calling us starting at 8:00am (CST) on August 11th.

Overnight Youth Camp Registration Opens: August 14

Have a friend who’s interested in signing up for overnight youth camp? THIS is the day for it! Write “Register for Pine Cove August 14th” on a note and stick it to their forehead (or just text them, either way should work!) so they don’t forget. Many weeks of camp are hot commodities and fill up quickly, so if they have their eye on a certain session—like yours!—encourage them to sign up as soon as possible. 

Registering on August 14th is not only a great way to ensure snagging a spot in a cabin rather than on a waiting list, it also spreads out monthly payments over a longer amount of time, meaning the payments get broken up into the smallest chunks possible! Now THAT’S a win!

Now here’s the insider info: anyone who’s never signed up for overnight youth camp at Pine Cove before can get $300 off a week of camp in Texas ($250 for Springs/Springs Pro) by entering the code SUMMERSPLASH at checkout! DOUBLE win.

Begin Submitting Friend Requests: August 14

Coming to camp on your own is honestly a BLAST! Coming to camp with a friend is ALSO a blast, and if you’d like to make sure you’re in the same cabin as your buddy, you can submit that request in your online account on August 14th.

National Dog Day: August 26

Finally, a day to celebrate the cutest things on four legs at Pine Cove: our puppies! Check out this seriously fun Instagram reel showing one of our Towers puppies around camp, then be sure to make a note of this important national holiday on your calendar.

Family Camp Registration: Rolling Waitlist

Did you know you can call in anytime and get on a waiting list for family camp? It’s true! The waiting lists for our four family camps are always moving—changing, growing, shrinking, you name it! So give us a call at 877-474-6326 anytime between 8:00am and 5:30pm CST from Monday through Friday and we’d be happy to add you to the list.

Pine Cove City Registration Opens: January 2027
