Summer 2026 is on the horizon, and our cabins are already filling up with campers ready for the highlight of their year. We are excited to introduce you to our camps in Texas, and hope to see you here this summer!
Texas is huge, and so is the fun at Pine Cove! We have two distinct hubs for our overnight youth camps, each with its own unique themes—but the same incredible heart.
Welcome to where it all began! Nestled in the towering piney woods of Tyler, our East Texas camps—Towers (Grade 2-5), Ranch (Grade 6-7), Timbers (Grade 8-9), and Shores (Grade 10-12)—are the definition of classic camp cool. Conveniently located just 90 minutes from Dallas, this region is the perfect getaway for families in the DFW Metroplex. It’s also an easy drive for our neighbors in Shreveport, Louisiana, making it a regional favorite for campers across the state line.
Picture sparkling lakes, giant pines, and modern comforts that feel like a home away from home. From giant water slides to zip lines that soar through the trees, the East Texas region is an adventurer’s paradise!
Head down to Columbus, just a short drive from Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, and you’ll find our stunning Central Texas camps: Silverado (Grade 2-5), Outback (Grade 6-8), and Ridge (Grade 9-12). Think fresh country air, breathtaking sunsets, and a landscape defined by wide open adventure. Here, the wakeboard parks are pumping, the lakes are inviting (hello, inflatable obstacle courses!), and the energy is unmatched under the big Texas sky.
Honestly? Mainly the trees! Whether you choose the piney woods or the wide open lands, the core experience is identical. You’ll find the same safer-than-safe standards, the same Jesus-loving college staff (seriously, we hire the best), and the same intentional discipleship at every single camp.

These 13-day sessions are an exclusive experience designed for deeper discipleship and even stronger community. Campers get extra time to unplug, connect with their counselors, and dig into God’s Word—plus, they get to enjoy special activities and theme nights that one-week campers don’t see! It’s the ultimate way to maximize the Pine Cove experience.

We want to make sure your camper ends up in the right cabin! Please remember that Pine Cove registration is based on your camper’s rising grade.
This means you should register them for the grade they will be ENTERING in the Fall of 2026, not the grade they are finishing right now.
Example: If your child is currently a 4th grader (Spring 2026), you will register them as a 5th grader for Summer 2026.
