Upcoming Registration Dates

Believe it or not, we are already counting down the days till next summer, and we can’t wait! August is the time of year we start making big plans for 2019, and here’s the information you might want to know:

Start Switching Weeks: August 22

It’s true, you can only pre-register for the week you actually came this year. But! If you have already pre-registered, you get a chance to start switching weeks/sessions before we open registration to the public. You can switch weeks/sessions anytime throughout the year after this date, but now’s your best chance to beat the wait list.

Overnight Youth Camp Registration Opens: August 24

This is the day registration opens to the public for all of our overnight youth camps! This is a great day to tell your friends about camp who might have missed out this year, and it’s always nice to get on a monthly payment plan this early in the year for camp. (Register online or over the phone)

Cabin mate codes open for youth camp: August 24

If you have been waiting to sign up to make sure your camper can go with a friend, we open up cabin mate requests the same day registration opens to the public. Check everything off your list at once!

Winterfest Registration Opens: August 24

It’s just like summer camp, only cooler! All of our overnight youth camps will host one awesome weekend of camp on December 14-16 this year, and it’s for 1st-12th graders. Find all the info here!

Family Camp Registration Opens: August 30

This is a big day! Registration opens for family camp to the public, and we start the day with few spots open. The phone lines open at 8:30am central time, and it helps if you (or your friends) have already created an account on our website to make the registration process even smoother. Since many of our cabins are different sizes, (just like many families are different sizes!) this registration can only be done over the phone.

Camp in the City Registration Opens: February 4

You might as well go ahead and save this date too! We had a few locations fill up on the day we opened registration last year, and we’d hate for your camper to miss out. We’ll post the 2019 locations on our website in January here, and you can even sign up to be reminded when registration gets close.
